Shipping- In stock items ship within 48 hours from our warehouse, via USPS or UPS.  If Item is not in stock at time of purchase, you will receive an email confirming purchase and estimated date of arrival.

Returns-  If item is defective upon delivery, email or call Northern Kites for return process.   All other returns, item may be returned if product is in unused condition, and in original packaging.  25% restocking fee applies.
